Mailing List Non-Disclosure Agreement
Super Mail, Inc. shall not knowingly, without prior written permission from the client sell, lease, transfer, sublicense, permit the duplication, re-production, or copying or otherwise make available for any other purpose, whether for consideration or gratuitously, the data files or any information pertaining thereto, to any entity or person whatsoever (Other than employees of Super Mail, Inc. for use in their normal job duties). Super Mail, Inc. warrants that all data files or lists received from the client, is the property of the client and will be used for the sole purpose of print-to-mail production by Super Mail, Inc. Data files used for print-to-mail production is destroyed after a one month retention period (unless otherwise specified by the client). All files shall be returned within 10 business days, without question when requested, providing there are no outstanding invoices.

We understand your information belongs to you and we use it solely to provide a service for you. Super Mail, Inc. has taken every precaution to protect your information and we are constantly exploring new and improved security features. You may elect not to receive e-mails from us. If you did not opt out of our e-mail program, we will use your e-mail address to send you e-mails which may interest you. E-mails will likely contain information regarding our products or offerings.
